Hi there! I support executives transform themselves through embodied leadership.
I am a licensed pharmacist, Berkeley Certified Executive coach, and Somatic Experiencing practitioner. I have experienced first hand the physical and emotional challenges that come from living a life as a high achiever, but disconnected from myself. I followed all the rules I was given for creating a “successful” life. In my mid-twenties, I graduated with a Doctorate in Pharmacy in the top of my class, a member of the Rho Chi Pharmacy honor society, and working at my dream pharmacy job. All the while, I created a conversation card company called unCURATED® that was getting national recognition and orders were coming in from all over the world. Sure I was tired, but I was contributing to good in the world, so I figured with more time management, effort-ing, and mindset coaching, I could master my body to get it all done. But in 2020, I experienced a physical health crisis that brought me to rock bottom. I was forced to put everything on hold. My health crisis began my journey in reconnecting to my body and learning to hear my body’s wisdom. My goal with my clients is to help you connect to the wisdom of your body’s intelligence. I believe embodied leadership is what the world needs now more than ever so we can have integrative leaders leading from authentic connection to themselves, instead of from disconnection, fragmentation, overwhelm, and burn out.
